the staff in the store is very determined to helping out customers, and satisfying customer needs. Padma at the front desk helped out a lot as well. ultimately exceedingly professional in my eyes.

i was there but very disappointed today. No visit again next time. An asian male doctor firstly met me and he knew I am only looking for glass frames but not do eye check (he may not earn that money). He emphasized social distance and cannot touch any frame which is fine (You can touch in COSTCO but leave in a box which seems more make sense). Then he told me I cannot take longer time to browser since other customer is waiting outsite. OK. I understand I just browser so I am not the most valuable customer. I said how about 5-10 min? He reluctantly said it is fine. Surprisingly he let another customer in right away.. After less than 1 min, that customer hope to double check frame. He asked me if I finish or not. I said No but I could let that guys take a look at firstly. Then he lose patience and keep shaking his head to express impatience. Very rude, and not professional. I won't visit it again and won't risk to buy any glasses from them if they behavior like that.

Totally agree with the other reviews. Worse place ever. The very next day my glass got broken. They fixed it. Broken again. Never again. Wish I would have give ZERO for this place.

I walked in Hakim before my eye exam to get a quote on a pair of glasses. I was helped buy am extremely rude and unprofessional woman named Banu. I explained that I here to get an idea about pricing. She began by insisting make an appointment with their optometrist, even though I had an appointment booked elsewhere. After about 10 minutes she gave up, and gave me a quote for 2 pairs when I wanted only one pair. When she finally arrived at the estimated quote, I was shocked. It came close to 800.00 after discounts. Avoid this place at all cost. The staff is unprofessional, rude, the products are expensive and of a poor quality. Brianna

The staff in this store is extremely unprofessional including the manager. My optometrist is located next to Hakim. I came in to book an appointment with him. To my surprise he had moved, there was another optometrist there now. So I asked one of the worker named Padma if she new where my Optometrist went, while the manager stood there. She told me, he moved to Eglinton Avenue in Toronto. I just left. A few days later I found my Optometrist's business card, and decided to call the number on it. It turns out he was still at Bridlewood Mall, but in a different unit. They basically lied to me. Will never go back. Richard
