Optician is very rude. The place is not clean. They had a promotional offer was was not clear and if you ask more than one questions they are upset by it. I witnessed an elderly couple being spoken to very rudely and when I said something the gentleman said to "mind my own business". Wished I video taped these behaviours

Please read this very carefully. You must not ignore the low rated reviews, in fact, they are far more important than the positive reviews. The Persian man, by the name of Bruce, the so called manager is the most arrogant unworthy representative Hakim has ever got. This arrogant Persian man insisted to charge me 70 extra for his time and said that he’s not for free. This was when I went to order contacts. They’ve gouged me. I’ve been with Hakim for a long time. I told him that this is the last I will ever return to Hakim and also said that Hakim just lost an entire family & friend customers because of this. He responded, “please don’t repeat yourself twice, you can leave now”. I am venting on this review, hoping that someone senior to this incompetent manager will see this and take the appropriate corrective actions required. How does one become a manager with such arrogance and attitude? Do yourself the biggest favour and do not step foot inside this store. We warned you!

Thank you for keeping your customers and staff safe by following COVID-19 protocol, Store was super clean and followed protocol. I have only visited this location once, and my experience was entirely positive. Jessica was as friendly as possible and accommodating throughout the whole experience. Manager Bruce was swift and polite and did everything he could to help repair my dear old pair of glasses . When it came time to pick glasses, Jessica literally could not have done a better job helping me out and honestly made the experience more comfortable from the moment i walked through the door. These guys are great and working very diligently keeping customers safe in this pandemic. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Could've booked an appointment same day at several times. Browsing, there was a real variety of styles. Seem to have safety protocols down, e.g. collecting frames you've tried to sanitize. There was a sale when I went - An extended Boxing Week sale, if I'm not mistaken.

I think in hundreds of reviews this is only the second time I have given a 1 star. My experience here was unbelievably bad. I will give the abridged version. I bought 2 pairs of glasses. One just did not work. The other was delayed 5 months due to the pandemic. I took the pair back that did not work. They said they would send them in to get them adjusted and it could take 3 weeks. They lost them I guess as when I went in after not hearing for 5 weeks they said I had picked them up but offered no proof. The girl with false blue contacts scolded me for not following up with them sooner and the manager said he would follow up. This is bizarre but when I finally followed up with the manager 'Bruce' one week later they had blocked my number on their phone system. The auto attendant would answer and hang up on me. I called from my wife's number ( tried it 3 times immediately after my call) and it would get answered every time. I know it is hard to believe the employees of a viable business could be this childish. Bottom line. Almost 900 dollars for 1 pair of glasses that just work ok. I strongly advise you to avoid these people.... There is something deeply wrong with this branch and possibly company. I just gave up.
