Great place to work and has great opportunities for those who want to make a career in security. Lots of opportunity to grow and be promoted, great leadership from upper management and the support team. However, you have to demonstrate you want to be a part of the team and work hard for it. Effort is rewarded. For the clients, the operations team really tries to make the service and employee experience the best. The dedicated Client Relations team gives clients that personal touch of calling one person who is sole job is to make sure the client is happy (and not just doing it along with recruiting, scheduling, HR and other things that most companies heap on their account managers). This is the security company to watch out for in the next couple of years.

Not an organisation I would deal with. Go on to their website and you'll see nothing but spelling errors and formatting issues. Spelling really is not that difficult and it reflects very poorly on your business when they are so prevalent on your website, take for example the first thing people see on your site being: "Security is a Delicate One". It's meaningless. Never mind the fact the company could not even be bothered to reply to a very basic email asking for some more information from my co-worker.
