If used to be my favourite store from the 90's and up until 2005. Their prices keeps on climbing. During my recent visit, my wife kept on laughing everytime she browsed an item and looked at the price tag. Thanks the Bay Hudson for the free entertainment.

Shopping is as expected for a large retailer and some excellent sales can be found. Staff is practically non-existent when you need assistance because too few of them.

So it is 6:30 pm est and store supposed to close at 7 pm. I had to pick up a gift i have ordered online and unfortunately this is a worst store behaviour who do not inform the customers about store hours and just posted a small not that store is temporary closed. Such a worst service and waste of time. Should never order any gifts from Hudson bay. What a waste. I will cancel the order and buy from somewhere worth it. Worst experience ever. I wanna give like 0 star and will recommend my friends to not buy from Hudson bay.
Very clean and better then most Hudson bay. I was rather impressed actually. I don't like STC, first time there in years and your store was attractive!
Tha cashier was so helpful, she helped me apply for the new bay card, although it took some time she was so nice and calm. Thank you so much.
I'm a big fan of Hudson's Bay and have been shopping here for ages. Unfortunately, I'd rather avoid going to STC location. Firstly, they do not have enough staff to assist customers. Secondly, even if you order a curb side pick up, they mess up with your order. I ordered for a curb side pick up, and I kept calling them to get the status of my order. No email was sent to me. I was just transferred from one place to another for a week. So, I ended up calling the customer service and they said the order was cancelled. That's it I'm done with this place. Waste of time and energy.
