We have been filing tax returns with Kennedy tax accounting for the last 2 years and this year 2020 was completely messed up by ManoRanjan. He didn’t include the details of our tax savings investments and child care expenses which we shared to him and just like that filed the tax without going through any of the details. We were very hopeful for the refund as we had a crucial need for it in the next couple of weeks. Please don’t go for filing using phone / email option. Very irresponsible. Only money oriented. No accuracy. He says that we will get the tax refund in 6 MONTHS because of adjustments he made for the missed details. If he could have done it right, then all my plans would have gone smoothly. It’s going to be a complete mess now. I will never come back or recommend this guy to anyone based on the service he provided and the pain I had to take because of his lethargic service. Charged us 90dollars (me and spouse) for tax filing. not satisfied at all with the service.
