I've been coming to Kenshin Tires to do my seasonal tire changeovers for the past year. Reasonable price (varies according to tire size) and balancing is included. Book an appointment as this place does get busy in the fall and spring. Phone was ringing constantly while I was there today - likely because first significant snowfall is in the forecast for tonight and tomorrow.
