What is this truck doing on the road? Seen driving around Spadina and front. Took a picture after I was on my way back. The side door is open for delivery. There’s no right answer. The truck is loaded with half a door. I don’t care about your drivers but the people on the road don’t deserve to be around that.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Called ahead to make sure they had a product. They said they did. Drove an hour to pick it up. Oh they don't have it. But they have the not prepared stuff. Okay so I can just make it myself. No problem. Pay for it. Wait 30 minutes to pick it up from their receiving. Then I'm told they have it..... waste of time. Don't use these people. Best part was listening to one of the delivery drivers talk about how he hit someone with his truck and that it was her fault. And everyone was laughing. Pretty terrible company.
I switched to this supplier for the total opposite, my previous supplier I guess was to big to care about our business so i looked around and this company came highly recommended from a couple of other chains. I pick up on occasion and let me tell you its first class service. I call ahead and most times I'm in and out within minutes, sure i understand that odd time you have to wait, and hey i get that but where don't you have to wait. We run a multi unit operation and have had our share of suppliers but would never switch these guys, they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Good job, well done!
