If you truly care for your health/wellbeing and you are seeking good medical advice/care... Do not attend this clinic... Other than for - walk in assistance... Do not make the mistake of selecting any one of these doctors to be your "Family Physician" I have yet to see a staff that is so incompetent, and physicians that can be so cowardly. Appointments will be booked - not kept by the physicians, and you will not be notified as to why... Your health concerns will go on ignored, it will take you hours to see your Physician even on days that you have an appointment booked, you also may be refused service if you present " A Red and White " health card... And... GOD forbid that you need a physician to write a letter or fill out any form of documentation. It's quite the challenge, and expect dishonesty. Get ready for the both the staff and physicians to begin playing hide and seek.. or for some strange reason the office becomes impossible to reach. Do not trust this clinic or the physicians with your healthcare on a regular/full-time basis. Especially if you have a Chronic Illness, An Autoimmune Disease, or anything that is of a progressive nature... Steer clear of this clinic, and their physicians.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years and will never go anywhere else. The doctors and staff are amazing. Yes I would recommend.
Not professional doctors at all... when i call for pain in my feet and back , doctor say to apply ice and thats it... no real permanent solution is provided, very hard to get appointment and front staff does not respond in a polite manner
So difficult to get anyone on the phone to book an appointment. The hours on the website are wrong. I called at 2:58 pm on a Friday and the message was that the office is closed. The website says that the office is open till 7pm on Fridays.
Dr Andrew is the shiznit. He's attentive, takes his time listening to you and doesn't rush you out of the room like most doctors, yet wait times to get in the room are usually minimal. The receptionists can be really rude at times, but nice at other times. I guess it depends on the day. Not really a pleasure booking appointments with them either, especially when you're put on hold for 10 minutes every time. Maybe another receptionist is needed in the clinic to lighten the work load up front?
I Had a positive experience today with the receptionists. They were kind.
