I dropped my laptop off with a broken screen, they gave me an estimate which was 50% less than I expected it would cost, it was fixed in about a weeks time and looks great. I'm happy with the outcome.

I went to them to see if I could upgrade my 2019 model Macbook that I was told could be upgraded to have these guys open it and tell me it couldn't all in the same day. They didn't charge me for it and with that discovery I was able to return the Macbook and order one with the upgrades I wanted. Super friendly service.
I had a wonderful experience here! The staff were super kind, and went above and beyond to help me. I originally went in trying to remove a stripped screw from my old MacBook, then they helped me see if it would work again (It didn't). Since I needed a computer for my new job, I decided to buy a new laptop that day, the process was simple and fast and I had my new computer the same day. My laptop has worked perfectly since and they even installed open office for me since they knew I would be using it for work. Super professional business, and I would definitely recommend!!

Honestly speaking the worst place I have seen in my life. Today I take my laptop to them at Danforth. They just click one button and then my laptop was alright. I mean just one click. And they cost me 5 bucks for these. And then the guy was telling me that you get it cheaper its a quick fix. A lier. I really really never ever going back to that store again. How can people earn money like that? I recommend that no one should go there never ever.
I thought I knew what the problem was with my laptop so I called for a quote. They told me a quick trouble shooting thing to do before I wasted my time bringing it in. It turned out what I thought was wrong wasn't the problem and I didn't need to bring it anywhere. They could have told me to bring in my laptop and made a few quick bucks, but I got some free advice instead. They've earned my trust. I'll definitely be a future customer.
