Can't say enough about this place, Liberty tax office has two of the most amazing people. Vasa and her husband took their time, went through everything thoroughly, literally took care of me and my taxes like I was family, and I had a mess to deal with. Vasa took care of everything and all I did was receive my assessments. I won't be going anywhere else, and definitely recommending all my family and friends take their taxes to them. If you have issues that you or anyone else can't resolve, or just looking for some tlc from a family run kncome tax business, THIS IS IT! Thank you guys!!

I walked into their office somewhat worried about the fact that I hadn’t filed my taxes in a couple of years. That was until I spoke with Warren. The service was amazing, the tax consultants were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They took care of everything I had concerns with, and I walked out of their office happy and also really impressed. Never go here!!!!!!These ppl did my taxes last year and it's tax time again and my taxes are still not fixed from last year and the amount of problems they caused!!! I have no baby bonus or any benifit and I'm a mother of 2. They even put in my net income wrong by 11000!!!. When I called to ask what happened I was yelled at. I acually cried. Ive been had audits and reviews like you can imagine in the last year. Plus a huge number or letters and phone calls with the CRA cuz this woman and her husband won't help me. When I told her there was a problem she acualy said to me \ well you signed the papers it's your problem\. If I could give less then 1 start i would . Devistated still. The debt I have accumulated bc of this problem is thousands! Do not go here
