Ordered online for in-store pick up and the item showed it was available at this particular location - it has been 3 days and I called the store and they said it's being shipped from another location. I don't understand why it says that the item is available at the store and then it's shipped from another location. I guess Mark's just want to make the sale, this makes it inconvenient. 1- 7 days for curbside pick up is rediculas. This review is not for their products, just for the online orders. Please improve this.

Bought a pair of Dakota Tarantula boots roughly this time last year. Paid around 225 for them, and have lightly used them over the course of the year. The boots have torn at all 4 seams across the top of my foot from bending of my ankle. Water is getting into my boots now, an odor is starting to arise from them and the boots are now garbage. Not even 1 year of having them. Called the store, and got told without a reciept (although likely in the system) that the most that can be done is a discount towards a new boot with conditions. Not impressed with these boots. Will never, ever buy another pair of boots from your company. Very poor quality for the cost of them. For whoever reads this, do not consider this boot. If i could give the quality of your products/boots, it would be 0/5 all the way.
Good customer service as always expected from Mark's. One star less because of the high price tag on their items. But again Mark's policy fir return and satisfaction is excellent.
I got there like under 10 minutes to close, expecting eye rolls and perhaps helecoptering to ensure I leave... NOPE! Warm welcome with a gentle reminder of closing time. Really nice associates
The selection is not that great. Some cloth dimensions are pretty awkward.
