My family hired MED to supply all the mobility, rehab and accessibility equipment needed to ensure a safe, functional and comfortable environment for our loved one to return home to after spending several months in rehabilitation from stroke. We found the advice and service from Richard, Ronny and the team at MED to be top quality. This company cares about what they do and who they serve and we are delighted with the outcome. My mother who is 88 years old became weak and unable to get onto her bed. She called Richard at MED and asked if he can help. Richard came to her home, assessed the situation and recommended a bed that he felt would resolve the problem. My mother asked him to proceed with it. Richard delivered the bed the next day and had it all set up quickly. My mother was able to get onto the bed and enjoy a good night's sleep (something she hadn't enjoyed in a long time). Richard was very professional and showed a great deal of compassion throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Richard at MED to any of our friends. Thank you Richard.

MED is the absolute best. They went above and beyond to help my grandmother when she needed it. When delivery of her bed was going to take a week they didn’t want her to wait as she really needed it and delivered it themselves the next day. They helped set everything up for her and made sure she had everything she needed before they left. I am so grateful for this amazing company and will use them for all my medical equipment needs. Our 93 year old mother, who is a resident of Cedarbrook Lodge had developed some severe mobility issues and in turn caused her to become bed ridden. We contacted Medical Equipment and spoke with their representative, Richard who was able to assess and discuss appropriate options with our family. His patience and thorough explanation and sense of humour was very comforting to us and helped us decide what we felt was best for our mother. It was very much appreciated!!
