Very very bad customer service. All they want to do is sell you anything, and they will lie to you and deceive you. They will be super nice to you when they want to sell you something, but the complete opposite when you want to return something, or if they know that your just asking questions without the intent of buying anything at that moment. When returning anything they will grill you and they will try to make the experience very bad for you with about 6 employees surrounding you while your returning something

This is my favorite MH location. From the first time I entered Michael Hill which was in 2013 I was very impressed with their engagement ring style. We purchased our rings and other jewelry from this location always. The staff is amazing, friendly and professional. I love the packing and the box.

Extremely pricey compared to any other jewelry shops. The same size ring with exact clarity, color and cut of diamond was being sold for more than 50% less at Peoples. And they claimed that it was on sale for Black Friday. Very limited options in my opinion.

Worst. Never buy from here. I bought ring in August which gave 3 times for resize and everytime it takes 15 days for resize. Today on 2nd october i picked up still not my size. Like its annoying. Its been almost 2 months but i never wore the ring for a single day.
