If they sell you an item from the display they shouldn't charge you the full price for something without price tags Mafalda seems to be over dramatic and has way too much attitude. I'm paying for my things she should keep her attitude to herself.
I purchased a bag from Michael Kors two years ago, and I've used it about four times. The bag has a magnetic closure at the top. I used the bag yesterday and the magnetic closure popped open, causing all of my belongings to fall out. My bag only contained my phone and makeup compact, it was not overfilled by any means, both of which broke. I thought this was pretty unacceptable for a bag I hardly used, especially one that I paid full retail price for. I visited this location to get a replacement or for them to just simply repair it, they told me to contact head office. The sales associate at the store named Camille noted that the bag looked new and was in great condition. I called head office later that day and explained to them what had happened, and they expressed that there was nothing they could do about it as it was outside of their warranty period. Clearly this was a problem with the workmanship of the bag. I have been a loyal Michael Kors customer over the years, and have never complained or returned a single item. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service and won't be shopping there in the future.
Great customer service. Coming from London UK, I am always surprised by how friendly and approachable the sales staff are. Plus they were so honest and practical with their advice. I bought pink sunglasses , clutch bag, shoes and a watch! Oh and coming from the UK, things are so cheap in this shop!!
