Hey @Siam Islam, not sure if you got the wrong place, but Frank has been closed for 10 weeks since the pandemic restrictions. I've been going here for 25 years and never had any issues. Love Frank and he is extremely fair with his prices and also keeps his shop very clean!

Good haircut for a cheap price. But not so hygienic
Pros: -Best haircut in a long time -clean shop -Frank's a good conversationalist Cons: -23 for a haircut is a little high tip of course. (You get what you pay for though) Will definitely comeback.
Excellent conversationalist. Have always enjoyed my time spent there and now with the social distancing, He has been able to still provide a great haircut in a safe environment.
