I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. THEY ARE DISHONEST, SCAM ARTISTS, AND JUST COMPLETELY UNSYMPATHETIC. They told me I would need only three sessions for laser tattoo removal. So I bought my groupon. The first time he just did it lightly, my eyebrows didn't turn white like he said they would. The second visit he made it slightly stronger.... and the the third session I was late due to traffic, bad weather, and I also live an hour away. Never in my first two sessions did they mention a late penalty. I had called out of courtesy to let them know I was running late due to severe unpredicted traffic. How can you predict a car accident just before noon? She said I would have to pay 25 and come another time. I said I live really far and I am coming because I thought your employee did a could job. The receptionist responded rudely to me, said I should know the policy that I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF.... I did more research and for an old microbladed tattoo that is over 5 years old and almost faded, it should have been 80% more faded with the first two laser sessions. But I realized they put it on the lowest settings just so you have to come back for more sessions. It's literally a money gamble by beauty clinics. YOU DERMATOLOGIST IS A BETTER PERSON TO GO !

Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I purchased a voucher for 6 sessions for laser hair removal. The treatment was done incorrectly, and I haven't seen any results; and I'm not a person with thick hair and with my skin complexity, I should've had great results. I also purchased a service for 2 sessions of facial, and my first facial was done by a non trained aesthetician. I had to leave mid-session when I asked for a refund as I wasn't pleased with the service. The owner denied and said I was already halfway through and that I only paid through Groupon as if the Groupon voucher it's not real money. STAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

This place is great. I have had 4 or 5 sessions so far to remove a very dark tattoo. I am completely satisfied with the results so far. From the moment you walk in the door, you are made to feel welcome. From the front desk staff to the technicians, everyone is friendly and outgoing. The waiting room is clean and inviting. I have never had to wait when I arrive for my appointment. From the first visit, the procedure was explained in great detail, including results to expect, what was normal for the procedure, etc. All my questions were answered as well. It is definitely worth the 2 hour drive . I highly recommend Nu Medic Clinic.

The gentleman that greeted me and did my laser treatment has excellent customer service skills. I didn’t even catch his name but I just felt super comfortable and at ease (I hate pain) I was nervous at first but it was super quick, little to know pain. I made the right choice. The receptionist is great as well super sweet. Hopefully all my visits will be this pleasant. Highly recommend!

Avoid this place at all costs. I developed dark spots on the areas I received the laser. They gave me a cream for the spots and told me it would go away. The spots did not go away, so I went to a dermatologist who told me that the wrong type of laser had been used for my skin. I also had tattoo removal done at this same place. After six sessions, the tattoo still did not fade and instead I was left with scars. Both of these sessions were done by Paul. THESE GUYS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They will cause permanent damage to your skin.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS After getting laser hair removal done on my face from Paul, I developed dark spots on my face. When I went to a dermatologist, she mentioned that the wrong laser for my skin type had been used. When confronting them with this they gave me a cream that they said would help. It's been 6 months and these spots have not faded at all. They do not know what they are doing. In addition to this, I also received laser tattoo removal from this place. After 6 laser sessions, my tattoo had still not faded. Not only did I waste all my money, but I also went through all that pain and frustration for nothing. Every session Paul would mention that it would fade, and this never happened.
