We got there at around 3pm on a Saturday. Was very busy with students mostly. I ordered 5 chicken on the rox, medium, very spicy. They said wait time would be 15 to 20 minutes but it took around 30. Due to covid you gotta wait outside to avoid crowding. The food itself was amazing. The medium was more than enough for all of us. The chicken was pretty spicy as we wanted. The salad and rice included was very tasty too. I hope the store can ask us before providing spoons and forks. No need to give us if we don't ask for it. Better for the environment :)

Seeing all the bad reviews made me want to post a more positive and informative review. The location this Osmow's is in is a very high demand location. If you ever visit the Popeyes next door you would know what wait times in this plaza are completely normal. If you dislike waiting for Delicious food I suggest finding a pre-order alternative. The food is fantastic and was worth the wait. Chicken on the rocks is definitely the go to order. The COVID-19 standards and practices appear to also be more than adequate as well. I will be returning again soon :)
We ordered chicken on rocks, medium size and extra hot. It was amazing! They provide very generous amount and presentation is also nice. This location is very busy even with the covid situation. The wait time was about 20 minutes. Overall I had a pleasant experience.
Purchased 2 orders of chicken on the sticks from the Osmows at 790 Military Trail. As I was eating my meal I noticed a hair in my food. I stopped eating and called the store. Spoke with the Manager: Siva. I told him the issue and he said it was fine, to bring the food back and they will exchange it. I told him I’m not from that area as I was only visiting family in Scarborough and stopped at your location on the way home, is it possible to visit another location closer to me, he said no. That he spoke to another manager and they need the food back... I told him that I’m not going out of my way and come back to drop it off as it would cost me more money to do that then the food is worth. He said that’s fine, keep the food in the trunk of your car and whenever you’re in the area you can bring it back, that they NEED the food back. So I’m supposed to keep moldy food with me for however long until I can make it back to that location. They lack common sense. I advise you stay away from this disgusting location. Place is busy at dinner time, waited almost an hour for an Uber pick up order. Had the falafel, really tasty with the works on it. A little heavy handed on the salt in the falafel ball tonight boys otherwise 10/10
