Left a Vm regarding bringing my dog to this location two weeks ago and no one bothered to phone back In regards to the below response from this company It certainly was this location that I left the VM on as even google suggested I review based on my previous searching and contact history . - originally when calling I did mistaken you for Dogtopia. However, the voice mail was still left with your business. The one star reviews is not for service provided more so for lack there of. I’m sure once in the dogs do have a great time, to bad mine didn’t get to experience that. Thanks a lot though for your quick google response - if I ever do try to book with you in the future I will use google review apposed to a telephone call - seems to be the best method of contact. ————————————————————————————- Response from company below Hi J Marie, Thank you for your feedback and we welcome any suggestions on how we can improve our service to all our valued clients. Unfortunately, I do not believe we received a voicemail from you two weeks ago as we strive to return calls within one business day or sooner when possible. You mentioned that you left a voicemail for this location but we only have the one location so you may have confused our business with another one with a similar name. Our primary focus remains the safety, happiness and well-being of our canine guests but we have been trying our best to maintain normal operations during these difficult times as well. It is somewhat misleading to provide a 1 star review for a business when the actual service they provide is not what is reviewed. You are more than welcome to contact us via phone or email and we would be happy to welcome your dog to try us out. Petopia is by far the best doggie daycare around. Pat and her staff are extremely friendly, polite and professional. Everyone is a joy to interact with. Our Great Dane loves going to Petopia to play with his dog friends and socialize with the staff. I read a couple of reviews that stated they never received call back after leaving a message. I have never encountered that. If you have to leave a message then that’s a good thing. It indicates they are focused on the dogs in their care. They have always called us back. Petopia’s facility is very clean and safe guarded to avoid any types of injuries. My wife and I are beyond happy with the care and attention our dog receives. I strongly recommend Petopia as a daycare and overnight boarding facility. Our dogs breeder is even impressed with Petopia and is encouraging people to go there as well. We've used Petopia a few days per week for our dog Stella for the last year. Experience has been awesome! Stella is excited when we drop her off and happily tired when we pick her up. Petopia staff have been great - responsive and accommodating when we've needed an extra day (sometime late notice), and letting us know how Stella's doing and providing some training advice. We highly recommend Petopia!
Petopia has saved my life a few times! They are easy to contact and always have space for my little teacup poodle Charlie. The one thing I love about Petopia is they don't lock my dog in a kennel! He is housed in a big room with other dogs his size along with plenty of play time and outside time! Charlie loves going to Petopia and always comes home with a bath and lots of new friends. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rates are reasonable and offers are available on Groupon etc.
