Can't understand the negative reviews, except for wait times can be long. But as my doctor says, if appointments are to be dictated by a clock, you're dealing with a cab driver not a doctor. Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff. Doctors I've dealt with were very professional and caring.

They need a new reception / management team. The people that answer and book appointments are extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s the kind of service you’d expect from a spoiled teen that does not care about the job. I understand the doctors are busy (especially during a pandemic), but if that’s the case, they shouldn’t book so many phone appointments. Seems like they overbook and therefore the doctors are always behind.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Lall for over 15 years. She’s a great doctor. The staff and management on the other hand are in unprofessional, garbage people who don’t give a hoot about patient care or confidentiality. It is located at Markham and Eglinton which, historically, has a bad rep for high crime/low income. Even if it is in response to a few impolite immigrants who take advantage of the system, other self-respecting people shouldn’t have to be treated this way. Things prob won’t change until another clinic opens up nearby and takes away their customers. Avoid.

My family Doctorr is awesome. I've been with her for over 20 years. All the staff is friendly and very professional. Dr. Lall is amazing at being a doctor, she takes time to ask questions and understands what your concerns are before she diagnose you and gives you treatment. She takes the time to get to know her patients and not just rush you out of her office.

The 2 stars reflects badly on the doctors who don’t deserve it. It is due to the reception staff. They are by far the most unprofessional, unorganized bunch of staff. I hate having to deal with them for anything!!! Get yourselves some new front end staff. Because the ones you have are making me and I’m sure others look elsewhere for a doctor.
