It's a great place to get good clothes for a good price. Found some nice designer stuff for cheap here. Sometimes the clothes have little faults in them, but for 3, it's not a big deal.

This Plato's is definitely nicer and more organized than the Mississauga and Stockyards locations but somehow the items are almost DOUBLE the price of those other locations! Who is going to pay over 100 for a used pair of running shoes with no box or 60 for a beat up pair of kids size Jordans? The other locations definitely price their items way more reasonably. Be careful for fake shoes and sports jerseys though because the staff at every location that I've been to can't tell the difference. In terms of selling, like other reviews stated I have no idea why they wouldn't accept my clothes that were brand names and BNWT. But for some reason they are selling reusable shopping bags from other stores for 9 and gym bags (multiple) that are given away for free from Fit4Less? Usually the other locations text you a link where you can check the status of your items however this location didn't send me anything. I had to just guess when to come back? The service was nice enough but there are definitely things they can improve on.

What a lovely store!! Probably one of the best experiences I've had in a retail store in a long time. I've been to many of the other Platos but this location went out of their way to help me. I brought in multiple bins of clothing and the manager Ace went out of her way to help me carry them to my car when they had finished sorting my items. Definitely a great experience and would recommend selling your things there.

Nice experience. I brought a few containers of clothes over. The sales associates were very friendly. I think that they were fair in their choices. There was a little hiccup - an item or two were forgotten in the payout, this was brought to my attention by a sales associate following my departure which was nice (I hadn't even noticed!).The managers were very friendly and accommodating in resolving the issue. You really can't ask for more! :)

After a few visits, I can say their staff is extremely friendly and go through a lot of effort to organize hundreds of clothes not only by size, but by colour too. Still, I have many problems with this store. 1. It's tedious to present my ID EVERY visit when selling my clothes, since they should just have me on record from the first time. 2. Their racks are overfilled. 3. They have ridiculous wait times (usually 1-2 hours), which isn't worthwhile when they accept very few items (usually untouched, brand new products). They also forgot to send me a text notifying me that my clothes were ready for pick-up, making me wait longer than 2 hours. 4. They pride themselves on being environmentally conscious, yet sell their clothes in plastic bags. I'll agree their clothes are fashion forward, but it's just not worth the hassle.
