I AM WRITING THIS TO THE OWNER OF ROYAL PAAN!!!! What’s happening in there??? We want to make a order of just two soda drinks when the time was 1:45 am on call, We tried many a times, there was no response from the restaurant the person got the time to cut our call but not for picking up and take a simple order. Okay, then we thought of reaching restaurant by own, when we reached even 2 minutes before, the girl with opticals told me she cannot take order because the time is 2:00 obviously, it would be 2:00 because she wasted my two mints though if you guys don’t want to take orders you should change the timings on your official site. We just want to place a order of two drinks, moreover, we are your regular customers, I have never seen restaurant people sending back their customers just because of two minutes if you guys don’t want to take orders then please change it on your site. I can even put my call logs!!!! Thanks

The food here is okay. It's a five star ratings for the customer service. The lady who served us named "Prapti", she was amazing and it was our first time there so she came up with amazing recommendations for us to order. It's a thumbs up for Prapti.

Couple of suggestions I have: 1. Bombay Grill Sandwich - Please use actual potato mixture instead of smashed Vada. They are literally putting vada pav's vada in the sandwich. Very disappointing!!! Instead of simply putting cheese slice, would suggest to grate the cheese inside and on top of sandwich. This isn't the right way of selling Bombay Grill Sandwich. Please do not mislead. At a point, there was no difference between vada pav and grill sandwich. 2 Vad Pav with cheese - Taste was good. Again same issue of cheese, do not simply add cheese slice, add grated cheese. Makes a huge difference. 3. Pav Bhaji - Not tasted as Bhaji at all. Seemed like having normal mix veg subzi. Take away container was superb. Covid Safety - For all time, the guy on counter wore the mask below his nose level. Found it inappropriate.

The place is crowded but the food is pathetic. Mississauga branch is much better. Stale Samos served.food not tasty. I hope if owner reads this review improves

Food was very bad, it was like they delivered food they cooked a day before delivery . Food was stale . I order dosa and pav bhaji both were almost zero in taste , dosa was like there was nothing proper spread of potato masala in it and more importantly i got a HAIR in a paste that comes with dosa , both dosa and pav bhaji were that much spicy that i had to garbage it

I ordered for the first time and it was a burger. I ate half of it and the moment I unwrapped the rest of the foil I found a screw nail in that. I called them and they took it so casually. This was such a negligible act of theirs. Be careful before ordering

Quick pick up. Great food. Good mates working there ! I often see a guy with kinda curly hair (I think his name is Sahil) and Prapti. They both are always welcoming and these guys always make sure that I leave store with smile on me face. Must try if you're around ;)
