They have a variety to choose from unlike most stores in the GTA, however they're pretty pricey and the lady isn't very polite. She ignored me for 10 minutes when I arrived while her husband stared at me from the other end of the store. Then she greeted me but wasn't very nice, she seemed more invested in the other clients who were purchasing a much bigger order.

I’m giving one star to this place with extreme disappointment. This place was recommended by one of my cousins who is a preferred customer of Sai traders. I was advised by one of the sales ladies that a ruby ornament will go match with my saree, without any second thought I was certain because they should know more about the color match and stuff more than me. They even informed me that they also do rental services for selective ornaments. However, I purchased the ruby model necklace for around 160 but they did not offer me a transaction bill and I thought that’s ok may be because they do not have a legit bill system, bills are hand written though but I have a transaction copy on my bank account. Disappointment part, I came back home and match the saree with ruby necklace it is not matching at all. So, frustrated I call back the store expecting to get an exchange, but they said we do not accept returns. What?? I am fully aware and respect the situation of pandemic but what about their rental service then? The lady said we have different rules for rental’s and purchases, ok with all respect its your store its your rules but you have to clearly inform that to each valued customer or even place a notice at your store about return policy (like all other stores do). As see my scenario it’s my marriage and the necklace not matching the wedding saree and I am so frustrated and forced spend money again to buy another one. Please think just because of your carelessness to provide a piece of return policy information, this is ruined. Hope you guys will give me a prompt reply.
I went to her regarding jewelry for my sister's wedding and the owner was so helpful! She helped me find earrings that would go with a necklace I already had and even helped customize a tikka for the same set. Great customer experience and would definitely go back. Highly recommend if you are looking for tamil/south-asian jewelry.
This place has the latest designs of temple jewellery and American golds. The aunty is so good. She always help to find you the best design. Price is reasonable for the set.
A good place to find traditional Indian fashion jewellery. The prices are reasonable and new designs are always readily available. They also have ready-made blouses and skirts.
I always find what I need at Sai Trading, both aunty and uncle are super sweet and have amazing customer service. Definitely would recommend checking them out!
I wish I could give a negative star. I went in today and was not even greeted once by the owners. Even though they were with other customers they did look up at me but made no choice to even greet me. I’ve been here before and have noticed the same behaviour by both owners. They fall over for certain customers but could care less about others. Looks like they have favourites at this store. I won’t be going again, they need to learn how to welcome all customers not just their favourites!!
