I was looking for a specific, loaded, Kia Stinger in a very short timeframe with a specific list of requests! I was in the car within 3 days and all my requests were fulfilled at 100%. Gave me the best price from all the other 4 dealers that I was getting quotes from. Gave me a more than fair trade in value for my old car, hassle free! This dealer experience and the level of service and attention to detail from Raj is second to none. This IS the Stinger experience! 10 stars! Unfortunately the Service Manager is keeping this dealership back. Selling great cars comes with the ability to provide great customer service and they are just not there yet! The service technicians are great and they would do much better if they were managed by more capable people. Not going to take my car there for service any more.

Hello, I was looking for a Kia Stinger last summer, and went to 3 different Kia dealerships in the GTA. The first one, salesman didn't take us seriously, and never followed up with us despite we did a test drive, etc. The second one was going to sell us a car ... they didn't have! when we found out, we backed up, and went to Scarboro Kia (Eglinton and Midland). We immediately felt confortable. Warm, welcoming and professional staff. The General Manager found us a bright new 2020 Black Stinger GT Limited (not an easy task). Everything was clear: costs (no hidden costs as we can see in some dealership), options, guarantees, delivery. I have been driving the Stinger for 3 months now and I love it! We are very satisfied and if you are looking for to buy a Kia, we highly recommend Scarboro Kia.

I have purchased my Kia Stinger GT Limited in Sept of 2019 ( approx 1 month ago ). At the time of purchase, Plaza Kia was the only dealership that had a Stinger for test drive, so I have ended up purchasing a stinger there. Recently, I wanted to get my rear side reflector replaced so I have contacted the nearest Kia dealership which was the one located in Scarborough and they told me they were able to do the job in 30 min 1 hour. I was greeted by a kind gentlemen who helped me through the process of getting started only to be notified that the job would in fact take more than one hour after review. Disappointed but I understood the situation and decided to make another appointment the next Wednesday as I only had one hour to spare at the time. I came home later that day and see if I could do the job myself, and saw this tear on the driver side after folding down the seats which clearly the technician that was responsible tried to ignorantly yank off the inner linings. I have checked the passenger side after folding down the seats and it was fine. This makes sense as the technician was only working on the driver side after realizing that he would need more time to figure how to do the work I requested. In addition, the car is one month old and I have never touched the inner linings. Making a mistake like this is fine as everyone makes mistakes, however, failing to inform the customer of the said mistake is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I never leave reviews like this as I am honestly lazy but I thought that this type of situation is extreme and would recommend others to avoid this dealership. I was planning to make Scarborough Kia my main service location to get my oil changed but I have decided to drive 30kms and keep going to Plaza Kia. Thank you for reading.
