FRAUD! It says on website you can pick up TODAY so I ordered on Saturday. Then I received email saying I have to wait for pick up email. Then email said I have to pick from 11am to 5pm during weekday! No weekend. Finally I got sometime on weekday and went there a bit after 4pm but still way before 5pm. Called store and told me I have to come before 4pm... Eventually I had to return home with no pickup. I contacted customer service on Jan 10th for cancelling the order. I was told I would receive a confirmation email for cancellation. No never received it. No email. No refund.. then I contacted customer service three times. The third time simply ignore my request. No one responds to my request. No email. No refund. Will have to file a complaint somewhere. Be aware - fraud

Could not rate negative or zero, so had to give 1.One of the most pathetic service across the world as of today. 25 Dec- ordered online store pickup at STC location opted 27 Dec- Email notification stating order ready for pickup. 28 Dec- Went to STC, had to call store from outside due to Covid measures, after 15 mins of trial call answered.Was adviced to wait for phone call from store for pickup, no ETA given. I returned without picking up, cancelled order by calling customer care. 29 Dec- On not receiving cancellation confirmation, sent email to customer care for cancel and refund. 30 Dec- Transaction moves to complete from pending. Inference- Fraud- The store did not refund even after order cancellation, after refusing to deliver when I went for store pickup. Beware of Softmoc STC store.
The most saddest customer service ever! We were so excited to buy stuff but the guy there was dull af,.. drained all of our will to buy anything from that place.
Im looking on the web site and I don't see Softmoc boots the high boots with the fur. Are they not selling it this year?
The lady working the counter takes over 5 minutes to search on the computer whether or not a shoe is available and takes over 20 minutes to come back after we had to ask another employee to go find her!!!! Worst shopping experience ever. Waste of time. a would not recommend.
Worst service ordered my shoes online 3 weeks ago said it was ready, went to pick up didn’t pick up the phone, kept calling till they did pick up and told me they’ll call when it’s ready for pickup didn’t get a call for 2 weeks till I called them back, and they told me to come and pick it up called waited 20 mins for them to bring me out the wrong size and colour shoes no apology from them, Terrible service won’t order from this store again.
I was at another location and they tried to call the Scarborough location to put a pair of boots on hold for me, but they did not answer the phone. So then they sent an electronic message to the store asking to hold the boots. When I arrived at the Scarborough location, they did not have my boots on hold and had ignored the electronic message. The phone was ringing and they never answered it, even though they had 2 ladies working and no one was helping the customers. The counter and behind it was a mess and they had horrible customer service. They did not smile at all and looked miserable. I will not shop here again.
