RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never been treated so horribly by a company where I spent my money. They lie to your face to get you to buy their computers. The all in one computer i bought had 2 error messages that wouldn't go away so I took the computer back for them to fix. The error messages were on the computer since day one so it was a problem from when they set up the computer not something I did. The manager took my computer for 2 days and never fixed it. He told me he was too busy with other customers. Then he told me the warranty he told me we had on the computer only covers 3 months (not what he told me when I bought it) and it doesn't cover software problems. They didn't set up the computer right and this man told me it was my fault. I just spent 3 hours on the phone with Microsoft trying to reprogram the computer. I am very lucky I was very close to having to wipe my whole computer. Please do not buy from these people. They only want your money, they don't sell proper computers, and they will brush you off when you have a problem.

Difficult to get a hold of anyone to discuss a delivery problem. In the end we got what we paid for but it took more than 5 weeks.
Tecdata were absolutely great to work with ... I purchased an initial machine from them and I am in the process of purchasing more. They are so easy to communicate with and truly understand my requirements without over selling. Thank You Tecdata
I bought a pc for my son since Apr 4, 2020, as a present for his birthday ; until now i dont have any idea where is it??? I try to call them and to send a lot of Emails but it's not useful. Really i don't know how them take 5 as ratings???
BEWARE!!! - They sell products in Best Buy and I bought product from TecData through Best Buy Canada - Refurbished Desktops selling with Windows 10 OS but unfortunately without genuine licence key on the computer. They mentioned in Best Buy "Tec Data Engineers is Microsoft Registered Refurbisher" but never do any genuine refurbishing process. I already reported these factors to Microsoft and Better Business Bureau (BBB).
These guys are THE BEST!! Couldn't recommend them more highly. I'm not sure what that person who wrote the bad review is talking about. This company never tried to solicit anything from me - I feel lucky that they take me on as a client and so should you! It's great to have experts who you feel you can trust.
Slow delivery and slow online support team for answering and dealing with questions/concerns but good product
Love the computer I got from these folks! 5 year warranty, too. Would recommend!
