Went into the Brick Outlet with my husband looking for a specific kind of pull out sectional sofa bed! We went in looking around and within just a few minutes of being there was approached by Abdul K (one of the sales associates) and everything went from wondering if we were going to find the right couch to leaving with massive smiles on our faces! Abdul did not only help us find what we needed, but went above and beyond to do everything he could to give us the best deal possible and to make sure we were 100% satisfied with what we were purchasing. He went over all specifics, the warranty, delivery service. Everything! Any question we had, he always had the answer to! Abdul was extremely nice and professional and definitely made buying the perfect couch 1000x easier! If you ever go into the Brick Outlet looking for anything! Look for Abdul K to help you out! He’s definitely the guy you want to deal with! Goes above and beyond for his customers! Thank you so much Abdul for helping my husband and I find the perfect couch and for the great customer service! We can’t wait for it to be delivered!

September 16th. 2020 2:30pm Very disappointed and must tell you why,I walked in and greeted by one on the salesman on duty I asked him I am looking for couple of headboards and his reply was go all the way down on your left you will be able to find some of them available on the floor. Yes indeed I found one and waited for assistance, I asked one of the management personnel for help he shouted at the same salesman to come and help me ,he literally ignored his request twice because he was busy with big ticket customer. After waiting patiently, he walked towards me. Lady before me was looking for appliances, he almost approached her and told me let me help her and I will be with you after. I requested I have a quick question about the item he forcefully came along with me answered without spending a minute. Just a simple message to customer care manager to make sure remind floor staff to serve each and every customer with respect regardless of amount they are willing to spend. I was referred by your Markham location sales rep to visit Kennedy Road outlet location. Check out Markham location review from my previous visits.
Update - I had to raise the issue through the website. Got a call and have been told that they will replace that drawer. Will update the rating later based on how long that takes to be resolved. Original review: Stay away. I bought a Chelsea King size bed set. The drawer has a cheap plastic slider which is broken. The bed has a poor design in the center with very light quality support stick. And I have called them with no response. Emails have gone unanswered. Never going back to this store and will advise everyone to save their money. I wasted over 2k :( And 2 stars are for the efficient delivery people who took out products from the boxes and took the boxes for disposal. Rest 0 for the product design and the store service response.
I'm not the type of person that I do reviews but Grace and Khan deserve more than 5 stars. I highly recommend if you go to this location ask for them. There the best
