My daughter bought a king size mattress with pillow top at Sleep Factory during Boxing Week (2020). The price was great and we really trusted Stephen the manager. He knew his craft and is part of a family owned business, that takes pride in doing the ight thing\. I give this a 5 star - great product, great price, great salesperson, great delivery and great SLEEP. In the end, this is what it is all about. My daughter says she has never slept better. RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO YOU!

Great service from Nick. We had an emergency and were left without a bed. Nick personally delivered the matress set the same evening for us. Greatly appreciated.
Zack is an amazing sales rep. Very friendly and super helpful service. HOWEVER if you encounter JOHN his service is disgusting. Absolutely no manners, non professional. Barely acknowledge me as I walked in. I purchased from Zack and said I’ll be back to get the mattress. Unfortunately Zack wasn’t there and I had no choice but to deal with John. If it wasn’t urgent I would’ve walked right out and not give them the business. Because of John, I will no longer be returning. Kudos to you Zack, we need more Zack’s
