As a parent, I don’t recommend this school. Many institutes have very bad reputations, and this is one of them. They do have the sense to talk to parents and most importantly to students. They do not care about small kids if they are crying or not comfortable with the environment. Because they do not have qualified teachers. They hired some college students like teachers who do not have any experience with kids. They do not have a particular course material to teach kids and just follow basic rules. I would like to share my personal experience with you. My children enrolled with them a month ago on an hourly basis and we paid for two months. We were not satisfied with their teaching skills. I would like to point out that they only concentrate on money. When you go for an inquiry, they never show you the course material or course path to follow (course outline), and they force you to pay full payment (minimum 2 months) without any trial or practice class. After two weeks, they forced to go online, and we were not comfortable with online systems nor my children. So, we asked for a refund and they were not willing to payback. We tried and requested more (several times), then they agreed to release a refund, and talked inappropriately to us. However, there is a catch. They wanted to charge us more than we paid per hour(We paid 10/hour, and they charged us 15/hour at the time of refund). Moreover, this is not a genuine institute for kids, and they greedy people.
