Additionally, they have good deals on men's accessories such as socks, bow ties and ties. They also have good staff members that can help answer your questions. Definitely check them out to comparison shop at the least.

Been shopping here for a very long time. The styles and quality are great. Watch for their clearance specials to get some good deals. Customer service is also pretty good.
I am very disappointed by the customer service at this location in Scarborough town centre. The elderly cashier lady was disrespectful and not helpful and I did not even hear a word of welcome or “may I help you?” From any one working there today. Even after I had to try on and bought something there they seemed tired and too interested in their own conversations while others shopped in their presence. This seems to be a trend
Terrible place, very unprofessional. I needed my pants hemmed for work so I thought that these guys would be a good choice but I was wrong. Firstly, they charged me 15.00 to hem one pair of pants, which gave me the impression that they would do a really good job considering that most places only charge 5 - 7 dollars. I got the pants back and they looked fine but after one month of using and washing them the hem came undone and I was back to square 1. I took the pants to a different tailor shop and they explained to me that Tip Top only sowed the hemmed portion to the inside of the pants, they did not reinforce it by sowing the outside of the pants as well. Tip Top wasted my money and my time and for that I will never return to their lame store.
Was looking for a suit for an upcoming fall wedding. I'm in university and work part time so I didn't want to break the bank but knew i'd have to spend a little if I wanted a quality suit. Christian helped me out immensely. He asked me what I wanted, what color, what fit and recommended 2 or 3 options. I tried them on and he gave me his expert opinion and I went with a charcoal suit. He gave me the options from suits that were on sale but still looked elegant. Definitely will go back for the good customer service! Thanks guys!
Really disappointed with the customer service at this location. Was looking for suits and one guy came up to me and just watched me. Did not offer any help or assistance and just said we dont have anything for you here . It felt as if he thought I couldn't afford to shop there. Place has a great potential, sadly their staff sucks.

Very unprofessional customer service. We came to this store with thinking of purchasing a suit and a tie. Went in this morning at 10:45 am and was met with two sales associate who were on there phone chatting with each other. Asked one of the sales associate for help and he pretended like he was on the phone and fully ignored me and my wife. While the other lady came to find me a size for the shirt and literally told me they don't have it and walked away. Me and my wife were the only 2 people present in that store & we felt like the 2 sales associate should've helped us out. I didn't even feel like spending a dollar in that store after such an awful experience.
