The mall was closing but Destiny was kind enough to let us come in and browse, Jannelle helped us find exactly what we needed and answered any questions we had. Both these ladies were very friendly and didn't mind staying late for us. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning since they have an amazing selection.

Funky plump size clothing. Reasonable quality. Slightly ok the expensive side, but if you’re patient and wait for a sale, you won’t be disappointed. It looks like some of their best stuff is online

I went on the very first day they reopened! It's been awhile but the staff and service were memorable. First off, I called a couple times and staff were always so sweet and helpful. Returned a bunch of stuff bought online and browsed bras. Everyone working there was having a great time and made shopping super fun. I was wowed by the person who helped me size up without even measuring, while maintaining 6 ft distance due to covid regulations. ... I bought two bras (they only had black/nude in my size) she directed me to try it on at home (fitting rooms were closed) when I got home and tried them on, it was heaven. I've never had a foundation garment fit so well! I went online and bought a bunch more in other colours to replace my old lasenza collection. No more discomfort after a long long day - these are designed with curves in mind-I'm sold for life! Thank you ladies for a great job! I look forward to coming to visit again one day.

Went in looking for a new bra because my bras no longer fit. Staff was barely helpful, one girl tried but she didn't know much. Left feeling Victoria Secret had bigger sizes because that was totally useless.

Love this place, went there with my friend to buy clothes for our vacation, they had a buy one get two free sale on clearance. Got some great deals, and the girls who work there are literally the sweetest and most helpful ever. I have never been to any store and felt so happy after i left. Wish they had more jewellery selection but hopefully one day they will.

Most of the clothes I own are from Torrid, the sizes are done really well for plus size women. The clothes are actually made for bigger body types instead of just being large and shapeless. The staff here are also great, they make you feel like you're instantly friends and they actually remember you when you come back. The prices are a little high, but they have a good rewards system that makes it better.

Torrid was having a sale and let’s just say it was not a sale at all. I bought a blouse and t-shirt that was suppose to be free with the blues purchase (wasn’t free I was charged and the receipt says free) and bangles that where way over priced for 19.90. Total bill 71.06 for three items is a rip off. Torrid needs to exit Canada ASAP. EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON. forever 21, old Navy and Pennington’s is not even like this. Even Torrid online shopping is nuts with 30 to ship to Canada. Stop trying to rip off large woman. Our size equals more money which isn’t fair at all. Stop letting Torrid take advantage of our weight which is what they are doing.
