In today's world you will read reviews online so I read the good and bads for this place and decided its worth a shot ... But unfortunately the comments of her being a bit customer unfriendly are pretty true ... I mean in a business like this you have to be considerate towards your customers and \invite\ them and make them comfortable in doing business with you ... instead I was being addressed as a spam caller who was just wasting her time ... However I was prepared for the onslaught as I had read the reviews but my patience finally ran out when I heard \sir don't tell me how to do my business\ when I merely sought clarification ... Word of advise you might be great behind the desk and paper work but your people skills really need helping ... If one guy said it sure he's wrong but if most are saying it time for self reflection ... hire a secretary whose job is to take calls and buy you time while being warm and polite towards potential customers, so that they look forward to meeting you instead of running away before they can actually appreciate the experience that feeds the snobbish attitude.
I have to admit I was a bit concerned about this company after reading a few negative reviews. But they were very polite and professional. They cleanly have been in business for many years, and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you
