I went repair my note 9 at vision Mobile week ago. I am very happy with the services they provide. I read the reviews before i go to store and then i called them to ask price and how long it will take. like they said they fix the phone with in 30 mins. it was very fast and professional service trust worthy even though this is my first time visit but they keep the words they said to customers. Trust me i am very picky person but i am happy with their service. thank you will send my family and friend for sure if they need any tech help

Was disappointed with the lack of empathy and poor focus on customer service. I had broken phone screen, I went to store to show my mobile and asked whether phone apart from screen seemed ok or not, the guys said he cant say.!!! , also they did order a screen but were not able to procure it, they didn't advise that i can purchase on my own also and they will fix it. I was advised by some other repair shop of this option . I went to vision again because they are closer to my place, to show the phone again, confirming the purchase and was promised that they will be able to fix it, however when screen finally came after a month, they stepped back asking that frame was also required. The same thing other store did in 45mins with perfection.

The team at Vision mobile are total life savers! Their prices are extremely reasonable and they have the best prices available. The best thing I must rave about is their customer service and the efficiency of their work. I dropped off my iPhone X for a glass & LCD replacement.. and my iPhone was ready within 25 mins! All I did was head over to Flushing to grab lunch and fruit tea. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround time. I also recommended my cousin to LCD because her iPhone started bleeding (from a drop on the floor). They also provided her great customer service and quick turnaround time. Thank you );

This is my phone when i give to vision mobile to get all my data because i couldn't get any way. I tried by seeing YouTube video but nothing is worked for me. Then i called this place he said he can do it with in 1 and half hours if they store is not busy. I didn't believe at first. Then went to read their reviews and had some believes but not 100%. I went there within 2 hours but my bad this store was busy so i have to wait outside for some reason. I was thinking its worth to wait. Then i entered into the store wow s nice to walk in to this place. very clean, organize, and very friendly too. So i gave my phone and he said to come back to wait for an hour. within a hour he called and said bring my new phone he can put all info to that phone. i was so happy drive there and he put all my information. I didn't lost any information. for me all the contacts number are so important because i do handyman work for so many of my clients. wow there is no more words to describes his efficiency and hard work. after a week i am writing this and will always support business like this . I asked him to fix my broken screen he said its not to wroth to fix because its an oneplus5 and the screen is expensive and then i have to change the charging port too and my phone also kind a bent. I really appreciate his honesty. This is why they are in the business for long time. Thank you so much please go there if you have any issue with your mobiles
