Glad I found this place! Super friendly and knowledgeable about plants. Its a hidden gem in Scarborough! I went evade i found a willow tree and knew nothing about what to do with it. Ian re-potted it for me and as he was doing this for me I had a look around and knew right away I needed another plant lol I ended up leaving with a Z.Z plant that in so in love with!

I was calling around town to find milkweed Plants to feed my children’s newly adopted monarch caterpillar. When I finally called We Got Plants, Ian picked up and said he said he was sorry that he didn’t have any available. He further offered to call some of his suppliers for me to to see if they had any available. He then followed up with me the very next day and personally delivered 2 pots of the plants. I am so touched by Ian’s professionalism and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend We Got Plants- Garden Centre. Even if you can’t find what your looking for, Ian will make sure he connects you to the right resources. Thank you Ian!!

A huge shout out to Ian at Gardens by H&I. The plants are always strong and healthy. Ian is always ready with great advice and goes the extra mile for his clientele. When I was having drainage issues in my flowerbed, Ian had great suggestions and spent time discussing each option with me. And, as I am a transplant recipient trying to stay safe this spring, Ian went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe coming to the greenhouse. Franchises and big box stores don't do that. Support independent/small business and shop local!

I went here a last summer with my partner when Ian took over ownership. Its a great space to take a look around and there was a wide selection. It's quite quaint and nestled into a residential neighborhood that backs onto Morningside park. We found lots of great deals and Ian was extremely knowledgeable about all the different plants and which ones could suit our needs, or be of new interest. They recently opened up again and my partner swung by and brought a bunch of flowers back, hoping to stop by again some time soon!

Great selection of plants and products. The owner- Ian is very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped answer many of our questions and directed us to various plants for our needs. Highly recommend this place for those that want to avoid the overpriced garden centers.
