It is my favorite music shop in Edinburgh, they are very well stocked, all kind of instruments, yo will even find latin percussions, the selection of guitars is very well done, a lot of really nice martin guitars, it is obvious that they put great care in what they exhibit... Staff super friendly and knowledgable and prices are really competitive... A local shop you must support!

I recently bought a Kentucky KM 140 mandolin from Scayles Music, it was ordered by phone on Tuesday afternoon, and was delivered just after midday the following day, Scayles Music is in Edinburgh, I live in Suffolk, so excellent service regarding the delivery. The mandolin came already set up as Scayles advertise, and it was in tune straight out of the box. This is my first mandolin and I am very pleased with the instrument, for an inexpensive mandolin it sounds good, looks good and most of all, stays in tune
