2 days ago my wife was -NOT- allowed to fly on the flight we booked because #AIRBERLIN is gambling. They are overbooking their flights. Even if you BUY(!!) an expensive ticket they will not let you on the flight. I used to be very satisfied. My trust level towards Air Berlin went from 95% to 15%. Congrats!!
