I live nearby and have found everything at the store so far when I have explicitly searched something. The Collection is completely okay for such a small hardware store. Seasonal offers are cheap and will be slightly cheaper at the end of the offer period. The kind boys, I suppose they help out, they help you quickly if you have questions. There are 3 ladies who are mostly present, also help with questions and show you where to find things an so on. But the two older one of them are mostly unfriendly and If a customer dares to ask them something, while they are talking together, it is obvious that you are bothering them. They let you feel you have to wait until their \conversation \ is finished. Or they ignore you for a long time.....Then their game goes on nonverbally and not in a nice way. Hopefully this can certainly be remedied with some personal training or some motivations. 2 points reduction for them.

So klein ist der gar nicht UND in Punkt Schraubenkauf absolut unschlagbar. Da kostet 1 kg spaxe grad mal 5 Euro. Zum Vergleich in meinem Baumarkt zahle ich das vierfache also um die 20 Euro. Um Kundschaft aktiv bemühte personal das auch stets freundlich ist. Beim kassieren immer die Frage ob ich alles bekommen habe... Wenn ich Schrauben brauche immer und auch sonst je nachdem was ich brauche komme ich gern hier her.
