Visited the store 5-6 times to buy all kinds of things for a renovation project during the confinement period. The staff was very helpful (hi 5 to the young guy working the caddies at the door and handing away free masks!) and they had everything that I needed.

Unfriendly AF. And my rating is not after visiting just once the store and dealing with one worker... Beside that pretty small. Not much choice. Good if you need something generic and quick.

Way too expensive. Deeply regret.

It is a one stop shop for all your household hardware and plumbing needs. Only negative: no english speaking staff

Not enough materials on stock. Order not possible due to Corona virus epidemic.

Poor selection...

This place looks like one of the dying shopping malls where their owners try to sell off all of their inventory without restocking. Seriously, whatever the website says they have “in stock” is probably wrong. You have to come personally and search for it yourself. Plus the staff is too busy chatting at the cash registers. You are better off driving to Aachen if you want to buy anything else than a hammer

Regular small/medium sized Brico, although it is not the best representation of the standard you can find in Brussels. We see they are trying to renovate, let's wait for the end of works. There is less choice than Kraainem or other big Bricos, but it can save the day on case of urgent need.
