We went to see an apartment to rent in Schaarbeek 10 days ago with 'Century 21 Iris'. The representative did not speak either Dutch or English, only French. We liked the apartment, but for us the price was a bit too high. I contacted Century 21 Iris to propose an offer with the question to pass it on to the owner. First I sent a mail with all the necessary documents (ID and working contract). No answer. After multiple calls and multiple days past, they refused to send the offer to the owner, saying that the owner probably wouldn't accept it (although the offer was 50 less on a non-furnished apartment of 800/month). After one week of calling, we decided to go back to the apartment to talk to the owner ourselves. Here we found out that the apartment was already rented and the contract was signed one week ago. The owner told us she saw us and another young couples as preferred tenants and said so to Century 21 Iris. But in the end, the agency chose another person instead without consulting the owner. My suggestion: People who want to rent out an apartment: Do it with an agency to spare time, but don't consider 'Century 21 Iris' since they don't follow your preferred way of handling and they treat potential tenants very badly. People who search for an apartment to rent: If you encounter Century 21 Iris, be careful and always try to contact the owner himself, since the agency will not listen to you and will basically waste your time. Je dirais qu'au départ, j'hésitais à confier mon bien. J' ai été agréablement surpris! ils ont réussi à vendre mon bien et, surtout, en obtenant le prix que j'avais demandé :) un tout grand merci à cette équipe enthousiaste et dynamique!
Service pitoyable, inscription faite en agence depuis presque deux ans ils ne mont jamais envoyé un bien, même pas 1. Et pourtant mon dossier d'achat est hyper solide (accord banque et fonds propres). Va savoir comment ils gèrent les clients.
Personnel accueillant, disponible et très compétent. Prima service en onthaal. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar als je vragen hebt. De dienstverlening is top en door de familiale sfeer die er heerst, voel je je snel op je gemak. Er is ook echt een motivatie om een koper / verkoper te vinden. De foto's die ze maken zijn ook top en als verkoper is dit echt wel een pluspunt. Kortom een aanrader voor wie zorgeloos wil verkopen .
