Nico, the crazy creative mind with his head full of innovative and fun ideas & Valentine, the technistuffy geek with her passion (obsession ?) to try and make everything pretty. As a restaurant that gives you fresh ingredients cooked on the go, our strength is that we do most of the production and creative process ourselves. Of course, we have our own pastry chefs, yuzu specialists and cromesquis afficionados so we have a great team of trusted and qualified freelancers for each bigger &/or special productions. We think that it's the only way to keep a constant control over the quality of our productions, which is our top priority. We are humans, and as humans, we thrive on the smiles we can get from satisfied customers. You being happy is us being happy.
