Was sold a phone online which didn't work and was obviously a refurbished return. Upon taking it back to this branch, they couldn't just refund the card it was bought with, I had to fill in a paper form with my IBAN number. Upon asking for a pen (who carries pens in 2020?), the woman did a \oh la laaaaaaa\ with a big tut and shrug of her shoulders and much muttering and cursing. You would think, after 4 years in Belgium, that you'd just get used to this sort of thing, but you never really do.
