I went to Terranova for a haircut and Nadine was my stylist. Her service, professionalism and cut was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable about Asian hair types and managed my super thick tresses really well, giving me a cut that suited my face shape. Bonus: Nadine (and all the staff I interacted with) spoke fluent English, making me feel very reassured especially since I was not confident to communicate in German about my hair concerns. The salon was also very careful to adhere to all the COVID guidelines, and even planned a time for me to go down to the salon at a quieter timing in consideration that I had some health concerns. I am extremely pleased with the end result and will definitely go back again!
