Fantastic service! They’ve definitely lived up to their reputation and I fully intend on using their services every time my family moves (my husband is in the service, so it’s quite often).

Ordered 3 containers at a reasonable price. They beat out all of the other local moving companies. The customer service agent I spoke with was very courteous and took care of us.

Easily the most stress free moving experience I’ve ever had. Our driver was a great guy who dropped off our goods with no hiccups along the way. They came exactly when they said they would. Thank you for your professionalism Pack Rat.

A pod was dropped off in my driveway. I called the company to let them know that it was blocking my garage door and needed to be picked up. My first customer service representative refused to help me because I was not a customer. I told her that I would have the police come and have it towed. Her response was to do what I have to do. She also refused to put me in with a supervisor. I found the owners of the pod. He was filling his pickup and driving his belongings to his new house. The company told him that his pod was on its way to Vermont. After speaking to different representatives on the phone, still no supervisor, no one could give me any information about when the pod would be picked up. I decided to email the marketing department of pack rats because that was the only email address that I found. Finally, a supervisor called me and apologized. After the pod sat blocking my garage for 8 hours, they finally picked it up. If this is how there company is run, then I don’t know how they stay in business. These big corporations need to be put in there place. Let’s boycott and bankrupt their company. These people don’t deserve to live off our hardworking backs!
