We had an amazing time visiting the VIA Aquarium yesterday. All 3 of my kids age 3-11 had the best time ever! We paid to feed the stingrays and I cannot recommend the experience enough! It was amazing and the staff member who was supervising the touch tank went above and beyond to ensure my kids and I had a wonderful time. The current 2 hour time slots are ample amount of time to see and do everything, the gift shop left a bit to be desired as far as selection, I expected a lot more aquatic creature plush animals and the older lady working the gift shop was super rude so I almost took off a star for her horrible customer service but I decided not to because the other staff member I interacted with was so amazing I figure it canceled out her poor attitude. My middle son said it was the best day of his life and has requested a return trip for his birthday next month so we will definitely be visiting again soon!

Friendly staff, enjoyable looking at all the tanks and petting the stingrays & touching the koi fish. Plenty of space to not feel rushed walking around.

What a great aquarium! Very friendly staff. Small, but a good size. It took us about 2 hours to walk around, read, and really look in each tank. Some cool, rare fish too! Loved it for our day trip! Definitely recommend, especially if you have kids.
