We completely remodeled our kitchen and one of our bathrooms and found ourselves traveling to several different places seeking countertop, marble tile, backsplash, etc. We sure could have saved a lot of time and frustration if we landed at Best Tile in Schenectady FIRST! They are without doubt the best around - they have everything you need, including the heated flooring we wanted. We get so many compliments on how the work turned out and I must admit that the aesthetics would not be as pleasant as they are without the help of Best Tile's Ken Fortune. Ken is the epitome of excellence in customer service. He worked tirelessly with us to pick the perfect materials, colors, and designs. He has an amazing eye, unending patience, and is one heckuva nice guy to boot! He truly made the selection and purchasing process so much easier and we cannot express our appreciation enough. AAAA

Great Experience! The staff are great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to take home samples to see how they looked in the light of my kitchen, there was never any pressure to make a decision. I got exactyly what I wanted. I highly recommend Best Tile Schenectady.
Best tile is the BEST! Abby was so pleasant and helpful, she made our first visit very informative and walked us through the whole process giving us suggestions along the way. Carmine did the granite templates and gave us super tips as he worked, an extremely detail oriented professional. The large center island is the show piece of the kitchen, we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend Best Tile to everyone!

This is by far the BEST tile place in the capital region. They have a huge selection of tiles and a very knowledgeable sales and design staff. I've used this store for three different projects over the years and each time they exceeded my expectations. Caitlyn is my go to person! She is always so helpful and seems to know exactly what I'm looking for and finds a way to stay within my budget. I highly recommend this store.
