Like this practice partly because it is not an HMO and you get to see your Doctor. Not whoever is available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Calls are returned in a timely fashion. No trouble getting an appointment.

Barbara Lahey is profession, and treats patients with warmth as well. When needed same day appointments are given . Support staff especially Karen Drago, LPN Doreen and Gail office staff are friendly and efficient! A great easy access practice to visit when needed. Annette Wetsel

Terrible practice, very unprofessional, please don't waste your time. They kicked our family out for owing a small balance of 60.00 we know that we didn't owe because they don't keep good accounting records. They are predjudice towards certain patients with special needs who might demand a little more of their time. Very little tolerance. Doctor's secrataries are often rude. Not how a medical practice should operate.

I used to think that Dr. Merritt and her office really cared about their patients but no longer. After being a patient for well over 20 years, I was told to go find another doctor since I changed (temporarily) to a new insurance plan which they do not participate with. They would not get prior approval for one of my medications (under the new plan), let alone be concerned about my other medications. I told them I would SELF PAY since I had an annual physical scheduled. They told me that it was office policy not to accept SELF PAY....what?????? You tell this to someone who has been a patient with you for over 20 years???? And you don't care that you just dropped me with no concern about the medications I was on. I am sure they know it is not that easy to find a new doctor very quickly and they offered me no help! WOW!!! It's a shame that insurance money is more important than their patient's care!!! Their true colors really showed through!
