Good quality dental care. Clean place. Helpful and friendly people. Was able to get appointments in a reasonable time frame even with COVID. Best dental care I've had after moving from Albany and two other providers.

I am very happy with my physician and have been seeing him regularly for over a decade. The office staff, however, is an unmitigated trainwreck. Messages don't seem to ever get to the needed staff. Today I called my pharmacy to ask for assistance getting refills. Before I identified myself they asked if it was Hometown Health. They knew before I said a word. How bad is that?

I've been receiving confidential phone calls for 6 months about a handful of patients here. I've called the office every time I get a call to remove my number, but keep getting calls from doctors with those patients names, appointment times, doctors names, ect. Seems like they don't take HIPPA seriously. Not sure what else I'm supposed to do here. I've already reported them to the department of health and human services for breaching HIPPA.

I love the dental department. They are very helpful, patient and care to make one comfortable. I was always afraid of the dentist, having had bad experiences. They made sure I would not feel any pain and answered any questions I had. I recommend them to anyone, especially to people that are afraid of dentistry. Thank you all!

last time i was here was in summer 2018 and it was because a tooth of mine had an infection and i was told that i needed a root canal and was also prescribed antibiotics which worked perfectly with the pain i was in. however, they had scheduled an appointment for me in september around that time, and i was a senior in high school. so on the day of my appointment i miss school so i can be able to go there, but once i got there and went to the front desk they told me they cancelled my appointment because a meeting was being held???? and the appointment was for the root canal i was supposed to have and i still haven't gotten it to this day, and my insurance company even paid for it too. i'm conflicted on whether to go here again and see if i can still get a root canal done because i don't want another canceled appointment again. one thing is the dentist i had, it was a guy whose name i don't remember, was really nice to me so that was good. i just wish someone had at least called me to tell me my appointment was canceled so i can reschedule it but they waited until i got there to tell me.
