Having not been here in years MiSi is a great place to bring the kids. They offer a planetarium and different hands on activities for kids of all ages. I highly recommend this place for a rainy day or just for something different to do. The staff interacted great with the kids in my group.

I went today as I have been looking forward to the model train exhibit. While the receptionist and the person running the model train exhibit were both very nice, many of the exhibits have been "put away" due to the virus. I paid the 10 admission and had to walk very slowly to stretch my visit out to 45 minutes. They should strongly consider a price reduction for the duration of the pandemic as this visit was literally not worth the price of admission (through no fault of the staff on hand).

Nice educational place for kids as well as adult. Wish it has more of Thomas Edison's invention and archives. But in general it is great for kids

This is an amazing place to explore different fields of study such as physics, geography and astronomy. Admission isn't very expensive and they sell a lot of useful things to have around the house. They accept both cash and card. You can learn about magnetism and surface tension here. It's excellent for kids and adults alike.

Only essential exhibits are available but the price is still the same as before COVID. You'd think that would make admission a lower price but no it hasn't changed. Create your own museum at home or play in your backyard for free, more to do in your home than in this museum.

Due to the covid regulations, there was very little to do. My family struggled to spend 40 minutes here. Sadly, the price has not been lowered and we paid 40 for a family of four. Also, reciprocal memberships were not accepted as they have been in the past. This was not indicated on the website. Very boring for me, an adult. I can't imagine how bored my kids were. Save your money and go to a playground instead.

Buy the family membership if you live here! Small but mighty, this science museum / planetarium occupied my children for five hours on a rainy Tuesday - and I had to drag them out of there :) Prices for one visit are expensive, but for 80 a family membership you get unlimited visits and four complimentary passes to the planetarium show. There are LOTS of toys to build with, interact with, explore with, etc. If your child likes to build or create, they will want to stay all day. The planetarium screen is frankly outdated, but they have new shows every season that are nonetheless informative and engaging. There is a cool gift shop with STEM items for sale, and a large indoor/outdoor area to eat a packed lunch (they do not sell food). The bathrooms are clean, and the parking is free and easily accessible. We will be coming here several times a year!
