I had a great experience with at Mohawk Honda w Cam my salesman and Jake my tech guy! They were wonderful. Both went above and beyond and didn’t make the purchase of a new car feel draining (we all know that feeling), it was very smooth, easy and great transition. Cam worked quickly to get what I wanted and needed. Jake was very knowledgeable about the specs in my new car - he took the time and was in great detail about all of the new functions and settings. I highly recommend these two or Mohawk Honda!
Absolutely the best experience I could have ever had in buying a car. Cam, the sales managers and the entire team is there for you. Collectively this dealership is one of the best places to do business. There is not a dealer I would trust more with my time, my business or my service and repair needs. Do yourself a favor--ask for Deanna (Cowles) when you want to buy a new vehicle! She is absolutely superb!! She is--she is patient, knowledgeable, and on a mission to make sure you are happy, happy, happy with your purchase. I told her what I needed, she allowed me to test drive more than one vehicle to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She worked with my budget. She stayed late to make sure I was completely taken care of. SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE ASSET to Mohawk Honda and will keep customers coming back to her again and again! I upgraded from an older vehicle so I was completely unfamiliar with all of the new electronics in my new vehicle, but thank God Jake took his time and thoroughly explained all of the functions and helped me set up my new vehicle. He never rushed through even though it was late at night, making sure to show me everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. Finally, but not least, John was amazing at explaining all of my options and getting me through the paperwork with ease and professionalism (and he is witty and good humored too boot). Beyond happy with the new civic I’m leasing, and got a great trade value for my old car! Mark was extremely helpful with explaining different options and helping me understand and feel confident in my decision! He was super personable, and helped make the experience more exciting than it already was! Also important noting, he stepped in and connected me with an insurance agent who got me a much better policy than my previous insurance provider was offering, which I’m extremely grateful for! John helped me pick the protection package that best suit my needs and thoroughly explained the difference in coverage, and I knew exactly what I wanted at the end of the conversation. Before I left with my new car, they had someone there to explain the new features I was unfamiliar with and answer any questions I had. Everyone was so friendly, it truly was a pleasure! I will definitely be shopping here for my next car! Thank you!
