The service was pretty good when I had gotten there. They gave me a Ford truck even though I wanted Chevrolet truck but it had damage to it upon going outside. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs to move things!

Reserved a car hauler online at 11pm, picked up the next morning at 10am without any issues. The staff was helpful and walked me through everything I needed to know about the trailer. I backed up my truck and they hooked it up and sent me on my way. I couldn't be happier with their service.

all in all a decent U-Haul place I have not returned the trailer yet but I have done business with them in the past and they have rented me a 26-footer and even a van. It's pretty standard service is not above & beyond or anything like that however it gets the job done
