Mike could not have been more accommodating. He worked up a very affordable estimate for the cleaning service my printer desperately needed. He was very helpful with advise regarding print cartridges and advised me on some ways to maintain my printer in a very cost effective way. I highly recommend Alamo Printer Services and Mike Allen.
I have been suffering with printer issues for a few months and decided to call Alamo printer Services. Mike advised me on the issues, cleaned and serviced my printer and recommended the type of toner I should be using. He is knowledgeable, professional and honest. I will call on him again for sure!

Great Customer Service! Our printer wasn't working properly so we called Alamo Printer Services. They were on time and came prepared. Mike was very helpful and explained everything in detail what he was going to do before doing it. I highly recommend this printer service to anyone that needs printer repair!
Totally disagree with Nicks review ! I contacted Mike at Alamo Printer this morning and he couldn’t have been more professional . We set up a time for them to come out and repair 3 HP printers that were giving us issues . He personally came out to greet me as a new customer which I think is beyond customer service . All 3 printers are now fixed and running like a top ! I thought the price was spot on for what needed to be done but I did my research before they came out and it would have cost me ALOT more if I went with another company whom I won’t name . I 100% completely recommend these guys for any and all of your printer needs and repairs ! THANKS AGAIN GUYS !!
